Use of our services is governed by the "Hosting Services Agreement" to which you agree at the time of signup. All Technical and Business advice and information contained herein and / or provided by our consultants is provided AS-IS without any warranty whatsoever. Not even implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. Such information obtained should be used at your sole discretion and risk and you are the sole determiner of suitability for whatever purpose you intend. Misuse of content or the services provided herein is strictly prohibited.

Typos, Errors
We make every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of information contained on our site. Occasionally, mistakes may occur. When discovered, we will make every effort to correct them promptly. If you would like to report such an error, please contact us using our contact page. Thank you.

Security
StoneSoupHosting has taken great care in selecting and using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to encrypt the information you send us when you place your order. Except when you opt to take advantage of Easy Pay and continuing subscription offers that we may present from time to time, your credit card information is deleted from our records as soon as your order has been satisfactorily concluded.

Unsolicited Mail
We do not send unsolicited e-mail. We may send e-mail to update you of your order or a StoneSoupHosting newsletter or similar subscriptions upon your request that we may offer from time to time. If you receive an unsolicited e-mail from us, please contact us immediately using our contact page and we will gladly look into it.

Credit Card Charges
All StoneSoup Hosting credit card charges will appear on your credit card statement under the name: MINDFUL PARTNERS

If for any reason, or no reason whatsoever, you wish to cancel your hosting plan within the first 15 days, we will gladly refund your money. (We would appreciate knowing what we could do better, but it will not stop your refund.)   • Appropriate Site Usage: We do not support, nor provide services to sites that offer gambling or pornography as they are not consistent with our business mission.
  • Strict Anti-SPAM Policy: We do not permit the use of our services to generate, forward, distribute, store or otherwise create unsolicited e-mail. SPAM is bad Business! We strongly encourage use of opt-in mailing programs if you believe that an e-mail advertising program is appropriate to the needs of your site.
  • Legal Compliance: We adhere to the principles of and comply with all applicable Federal, State and Local laws. If you are using StoneSoupHosting Services we expect you to do the same.

Non-Compliance

Failure to comply with any Guiding Principles, Terms of Use or specific Licensing agreements herein declared may at the sole discretion of StoneSoupHosting Management result in the immediate suspension or cancellation of all services or privileges. Such cancellation shall be without refund.

Amendments

StoneSoupHosting is a dynamic Online Hosting Community. The product and service offerings will change from time to time to enhance the service. Where such changes occur, we will attempt to do so in as least disruptive a manner to our Customers as possible.

StoneSoupHosting reserves the right to amend its Guiding Principles, Terms Of Use, Licensing and other policies at any time without prior notice. The most current statements will be found on this page or in pages pointed to by it.
